02Information we collect
We only collect what we need to quote, move and deliver your shipments and to run your account.
- Contact details: name, company, email, phone number and addresses you give us.
- Shipment details: sender and receiver names and addresses, contents, weight, dimensions, declared value and customs documents.
- Account details: login email, a securely hashed password and your notification settings.
- Payment details: billing address and payment references. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through essential cookies and basic analytics.
- Pet transport: your pet's name, breed, weight and health papers, which airlines and border authorities require.
03How we use it
- To give you quotes, book shipments, track them and deliver them.
- To file customs entries and meet export and import rules.
- To send shipment updates, invoices and service messages you ask for.
- To answer questions and handle claims.
- To keep our services secure and prevent fraud.
- To improve our website and services, using combined data that does not identify you.
- To send news and offers, only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.
04Our legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on these grounds:

06International transfers
Shipping is international, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates and China. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards to protect it.
07How long we keep it
- Shipment and customs records: up to 7 years, as tax and customs laws require.
- Account data: while your account is open, then up to 2 years after it closes.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
- Support messages: up to 3 years.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- See a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
- Limit or object to how we use it.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

10How we protect it
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and regular security reviews. Only staff who need your information to do their job can see it. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.
11Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email you about important changes.
