What is the largest parcel you take?

Up to 30 kg and 300 cm in length plus girth. Larger items ship as freight.

Do you ship parcels abroad?

Yes, through our air partners. International parcels need a customs description and value.

What if nobody is home?

The driver leaves a note and tries again the next business day, or the parcel can be held at the nearest hub.

Are there discounts for volume?

Yes. Business accounts get pricing based on monthly volume.
